Alchemy RED Team guides and templates
Some people think that the RED event is a time-consuming activity that you cannot afford for their bids. I have found that, on average, I gain 3 must change factors from each RED event. If you are not doing a RED event, then you risk putting three major errors in front of your customer.
Below are good practices, tools and templates that you are welcome to use for your RED events, or you may wish to merge into your bidding systems.
If you would like to undertake formal RED events for your bids, I am always happy to facilitate and be an independent reviewer.
